If you require extra keys then this is no problem. We are able to cut keys for most of the locks that we carry, and we can usually cut them for you there and then.
If for some reason we can’t replace your lock there and then, and we have to order parts in, then rest assured that there is no extra charge for that return visit. And we will always make sure that your door is secure in the meantime.
We understand that sometimes people have deeply personal reasons for needing new locks. Don’t worry, we never pry into your personal business. You don’t need to justify your reasons to us.
We will, however, ask whether your lock is playing up, broken, or if you simply want it replacing. This is simply to make sure that we don’t sell you a new lock if yours only needs repairing.
